Our building’s capacity is 100 people. Prices depend on the time of day, day of the week, and size of the party, but generally range from $400 to $1500, plus cleaning fees.
Our facilities include a large hall, foyer, wrap-around balcony covering two sides of the building, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave (sorry, no stove).
